I am currently accepting new clients for adult Autism or ADHD evaluations as well as associate counselors seeking clinical supervision. I am accepting new therapy clients on a very limited basis if it is determined to be a great fit.
I offer individual counseling for women, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ adults and teens ages 16 and up. Currently, services are provided either online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal designed for telemental health communications or in person in my Sandy Springs office.
I have been practicing since 2014, and have always had the vision of creating a safe, therapeutic environment where clients could feel comfortable and supported in their healing journey. Where you can gain insights and tools to enhance your mental well-being and relationship dynamics while feeling heard, understood, and valued.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a feminist and relational style that aims to individualize your treatment to your specific needs. I always seek to provide a safe, supportive, and neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming space for each client. I use an eclectic mix of trauma-informed modalities including somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-informed therapy, intuitive eating counseling, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. What I love about these techniques is they honor your autonomy, wisdom and self trust.
I have extensive expertise in multiple mental health areas and advanced training to treat the following:
Depression and Sadness
Relationship Issues
Dating and Breakups
Anxiety, Fear & Stress
Creating and Maintaining Healthy Boundaries
