I offer individual counseling for women, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ adults and teens ages 16 and up. Currently, all services are provided online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal designed for telemental health communications. In-person sessions will be available starting in January 2025!
I have been practicing since 2014, and have always had the vision of creating a safe, therapeutic environment where clients could feel comfortable and supported in their healing journey. Where you can gain insights and tools to enhance your mental well-being and relationship dynamics while feeling heard, understood, and valued.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a feminist and relational style that aims to individualize your treatment to your specific needs. I always seek to provide a safe, supportive, and neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming space for each client. I use an eclectic mix of trauma-informed modalities including somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-informed therapy, intuitive eating counseling, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I also practice harm reduction for eating disorders, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration to help my clients make significant breakthroughs and symptom improvement. What I love about these techniques is they honor your autonomy, wisdom and self trust.
